Craft New York Style
Every pizza we serve is made from scratch, starting with our homemade dough. Inspired by traditional New York techniques and elevated with a twist, we use sourdough starter as a natural leaven. Our dough is made with a 65% hydration, cold-proofed for three days to develop deep flavor and texture, and then baked at 600F for the perfect New York-style crust-crisp, chewy, and never floppy!
Montana-Sourced Ingredients
We are working hard to one day source 100% of our ingredients locally and use only organic or high-quality ingredients. We also strive to minimize our waste and engage in more sustainable practices.

Currently Isabella’s Craft NY Pizza & Bakery is owned and operated by entrepreneur Isabella Fink, a New Yorker-turned-Montanan with a passion for whole and healing foods, a mindful earth-to-table connection in food production, and community-oriented business.
From the cultivation to the crust to the customers, Isabella juggles the day-to-day operations as well as the marketing, customer service, equipment needs, and everything in between.
